I put up a small compute substrate estimator. It is a vibe-coded estimation model for thinking about where on Earth there is enough silicon for large scale LLM hosting.

The offers a ballpark answer to questions like: if a company wanted to release a Fable-sized model against the will of the United States government, where else could it be hosted?
